INTERVIEW TIPS

INTERVIEW TIPS

When I first started my nursing career, I always found interviews to be nerve wrecking and intimidating. As time went on and after multiple jobs, I feel a lot more confident in my interview skills. I promise, it gets better and you’ll eventually become less nervous! 🙌🏼

Preparation

  • Research about the company’s mission/vision statement and values
  • — Research about your role
  • — Research potential interview questions
  • — Dress for success
  • — Be prepared with questions to ask at the end of the interview

Remember:

  • — Be specific and do not generalize
  • — Use examples that present you in a positive manner

Believe in yourself and be confident! Your confidence level will help in the quality of your answers.
